The 4-4-8 Method
Precision habit formation, not motivation
Any task for which a user commits to at least 12 consecutive intervals of in-repetition, for a period of at least 60 seconds (one minute), in at least 3, but ideally 4 or more cycles over a period of 60 consecutive days will develop a habit. MUUD AI promotes positive habit formation using this approach.
