You do not need to be a clinician. Strong applicants are mission-aligned, coachable, and ready to practice skills consistently. Many trainees come from health, education, fitness, HR, community leadership, or personal wellness backgrounds.

Confirm you can attend live sessions and complete practice activities. Come ready to practice coaching conversations, receive feedback, and build a clear coaching identity. If accepted, you will receive a cohort-specific onboarding checklist and syllabus.
