A Letter from The Course Director

“Welcome to the MUUD Academy NBHWC-Approved Health & Wellness Coach Certification Program.

Great coaches don't change lives. They help people discover how to change their own.

Over the next four months, you will develop the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to become an effective Health & Wellness Coach and prepare for NBHWC board certification through evidence-based learning, coaching practice, feedback, and real-world application.

At MUUD Academy, we believe exceptional coaches are developed through practice. Throughout this program, you will move beyond learning about coaching and begin becoming a coach - through observation, practice, feedback, reflection, and real coaching conversations.

Most importantly, you will learn that lasting change does not come from giving advice. It comes from creating trusted partnerships that empower people to discover their own strengths and capacity for growth.

I believe this journey will positively transform both your life and the lives of those you will support. Congratulations on choosing this path. We look forward to supporting your growth and celebrating your success along the way.”
