Designed by MUUD’s team of clinicians, coaches, and educators, it includes step-by-step reflections, journaling prompts, and guided exercises that support growth and clarity. Whether you’re looking to manage stress, increase mindfulness, or explore your inner world, the Playbook meets you where you are.

Each module includes a themed journaling prompt, wellness reflection, and optional in-the-moment (ITM) activity.

Users engage with 1–2 entries per week inside the MUUD App or during community sessions. Progress is visible through mood trends and habit consistency tracked over time.
