  • You do not need to be a clinician. Strong applicants are mission-aligned, coachable, and ready to practice skills consistently. Many trainees come from health, education, fitness, HR, community leadership, or personal wellness backgrounds.

  • Confirm you can attend live sessions and complete practice activities. Come ready to practice coaching conversations, receive feedback, and build a clear coaching identity. If accepted, you will receive a cohort-specific onboarding checklist and syllabus.

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until a cohort fills. After you apply, we share the next available cohort window, the live session schedule, and onboarding deadlines.
