Gretchen J. Battle

Hi, my name is Gretchen J. Battle.  As a board certified coaching and a wellness strategist I help individuals connect and reconnect with their values, build their emotional fitness and help them move forward in clarity and confidence. With my background in physical therapy, nutrition, public health, and business,  I have been able to take this combination and create evidence-based coaching experiences. Over the course of my coaching I have been fortunate to to work with diverse populations across the lifespans, including caregivers, college students, professionals and all the at is in between.

At the heart of  my work  I  believe when people feel seen, supported, and empowered, they can create meaningful change. One of my superpowers as a coach is my ability to connect with people where they are. I will champion you, but I will challenge you. But most importantly, as a coach, I am here for you. Whatever and wherever here may be.

Kara Rezsnyak

I am a board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) with a strong foundation in integrative, evidence-informed, whole-person wellness. My background is shaped by a personal passion for body-based movement, longevity, and whole-health care across the lifespan. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biomechanics and Physiology and am trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I began my coaching practice in 2015 and bring over a decade of experience supporting sustainable health behavior change. My professional training includes CBT-informed coaching, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation. I have worked in virtual and clinical-adjacent healthcare settings, supporting individuals through stress, health transitions, and long-term lifestyle change.

Rochelle Osgar

Since 2015, I’ve worked in the health and wellness industry, supporting individuals in building healthier, balanced lives through sustainable lifestyle and behavior change. My background includes weight-loss support, habit development, and long-term lifestyle improvement. I focus on meeting clients where they are and adjusting my support to fit their goals. In 2022, I became a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), strengthening my foundation in evidence-based practices. I connect with clients in one-on-one sessions, group settings, phone calls, and ongoing check-ins to offer structure, accountability, and support. Building strong, trusting relationships is a top priority. I use behavioral interviewing and emotional intelligence to help clients become more self-aware, stay motivated, and build confidence. My work is about making realistic action plans and supporting clients as they build habits that last.
